All work purchased on this site is shipped from my studio unless you elect to Self Ship (see Self Ship / Pick-up Policy below).

1.  Standard Shipping is FREE for all paintings up to 16" x 20" (320 sq. inches).  Standard Shipping refers to acrylic on canvas paintings shipped within the 48 contiguous states via FedEx Ground, UPS Ground or U S Postal Service Retail Ground and it includes the cost of packaging and shipping insurance.

2.  Packaging is FREE
The cost to package paintings for shipment is included in the purchase price for all paintings unless otherwise noted on the Painting Detail Page.

3. Shipping and Insurance costs are added at checkout for:

• Paintings larger than 16" x 20" (320 sq. inches);
• Paintings shipped using accelerated methods;
• Paintings shipped beyond the 48 contiguous States and abroad;
  Note: A Standard Shipping Credit* of  $35.00 (my average cost to ship a 16" X 20" painting) is deducted from all shipping costs.

4. Arrangements and Logistics

• All shipping and insurance arrangements are made by us unless Self Ship is elected.
• Completed work is shipped within 2 to 3 business days (8 to 12 if framing is ordered) after payment is received or, if by check, after it has cleared.
• Notification and tracking numbers are sent by email when orders are shipped.
• Delivery time depends on the shipping arrangements chosen.

5. Shipping Damage / Delays

• Shipment damage and / or delays are the responsibility of the shipper.
• Damage is rare because proper shipping and packaging methods are used.
• But, if damaged work is received, I will assist with filing appropriate claims and follow-up with the shipper and  / or insurance company.
• To do this I need - without delay - photos of the damage to the painting, to the packaging and a statement explaining that this is how it was received.

6. Packaging Material
Should be retained and used if the painting requires shipment for repair of shipping damage or, in the unlikely event that you choose to return it.

Insurance

• If we ship the work, insurance arrangements to cover it during shipping for the price paid for it are made by us.
• Upon delivery of the work, insurance coverage that we provide ceases and becomes the responsibility of the purchaser.

Self Ship / Pick-up

If you choose to Self Ship please advise the date & time of pick-up, who will pick it up and please take note that removing the work from my studio acknowledges that:

• It's in an acceptable undamaged condition.
• We are not responsible for any costs incurred to pick the work up or to transport it.
• And, that we do not provide insurance coverage during or after it's removal from my studio and we bare no responsibility for any damage or other issues that may arise during or after it's removal.
