Painted in 2010 on a Gallery Wrap Canvas that does not require framing for display.

"Pile of Boxes", was on display at my 2011 NYC Chelsea Gallery show "Homage To The Box" and singled out for praise* in a review by Gallery and Studio Magazine. It's a figurative study of a vibrantly colored pile of common gift boxes immersed in a faded - shades of gray - checkerboard grid adding to a sense of volume already created by the use of mechanical perspective techniques.
