"Crematorium 55" is an Assemblage / Wall Sculpture that grew from a small wood carving of an emaciated human figure created for a project that never got off the ground. It pulled together my thoughts regarding the time I spent in Germany, my visits to Dachau and the Holocaust Museum and the Holocaust Chronicles that I was reading at the time.
