Painted in 2011 on a Gallery Wrap Canvas that does not require framing for display.

Straightforward, with vivid color and dimension "Pop Corn Box" presents an objective view of a common Pop Corn container floating surreally within in an abstract checkerboard grid. It was pictured in a review of my 2012 NYC Chelsea Gallery show "Ordinary Things" by Gallery Studio Magazine and referred too in the review as follows:

"Perlmutter has a special gift for making the most trivial detritus of our consumer culture come across dynamically as in his paintings “Take Out” and “Pop Corn Box”.
